“The Black Sheep is the perfect restaurant for romance and fine dining. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and courteous. The layout of the restaurant feels semi-private, the perfect balance of intimacy yet openness. I would highly recommend this be the first place you have dinner in Santa Barbara.”
